CELLCHEM SPIRAL FLAME™ SULPHUR FURNACES

Our spiral flame burners serve a variety of industries requiring relatively small quantities of sulphur dioxide. Available standard capacities range from 9 to 100 TPD, with customization options for higher capacities. Our furnace produces high strength SO2 gas (18-19 vol%) due to superior mixing between air and sulphur along with efficient atomization of Sulphur. It has a high turndown ratio, with no loss in combustion performance. The CellChem furnaces (CF + SF) have a proven track record with over 150 successful installations.

With more than 150 installations, our Cellchem SF Furnaces are well-proven. The SF Furnace includes a Sulphur Gun Station, Combustion Chamber and After-Burner Chamber.

The SF Furnaces are designed with capacities between 5-100 MTPD.
