CELLCHEM CYCLONE FLAME™ SULPHUR FURNACES

Our Cellchem Sulphur Furnaces™ serve a variety of industries requiring relatively small quantities of sulphur dioxide. Available standard capacities for the Cyclone Flame (CF) model range from 0.5 to 8 TPD1 sulphur.

Our furnace produces high strength SO2 gas (18-19 vol%) due to superior mixing between air and sulphur along with efficient atomization of Sulphur. High sulphur dioxide gas concentrations minimize the amount of sulphur trioxide being formed in the furnace, thus reducing corrosion and product quality problems downstream.

The Cyclone Flame Sulphur Furnace is optimized for small capacities of sulphur burning, resulting in a burner volume of 1/4 the size of our spiral flame model. The small footprint of the CF burners results in smaller capital costs and reduced climate footprint. Furthermore, they can easily be supplied modularized, i.e. skid-mounted. With over 150 successful installations, the CellChem Furnaces™ have a proven track record of reliability and efficiency.
