PRECIPITATOR DUST PURIFICATION™ (PDP)

Issues considering plugging and corrosion in the Recovery boiler can come from high chloride and potassium concentrations. With our Precipitator Dust Purification (PDP™), these risks are significantly reduced by the removal of chloride and/or potassium.

The PDP™ system has an exceptional efficiency, with proven chloride removal efficiency of >95% along with a sulfate and carbonate recovery of >95%. The potassium removal efficiency is capable of meeting the requirements of modern high-pressure boilers. Thereby, extending the lifetime of your equipment and reducing required maintenance.

Additionally, our solution minimizes or completely eliminates the need for landfill disposal of ash, allowing valuable chemicals such as sodium sulfate to be recycled instead. This provides not only benefits regarding operating cost but it also offers a more sustainable solution with lower chemical consumption and waste handling.
