Gore® Filter Tube

The Pulse Filter technology into our Precipitator Dust Purification (PDP™) system to remove unburned carbons and in the Chlor-Alkali industry for brine purification. A highly efficient filtration is achieved by utilizing the Gore® Filter Tube Assemblies.

In the Chlor-Alkali industry, traditional methods such as clarifiers, media filters and precoat filters are commonly used but the Pulse Filter can replace all of these, significantly reducing the footprint. In addition, unlike conventional methods, there is no need for precoating or flocculants, reducing both cleaning time and resources required.

The filtration process also results in sludge with a higher concentration which can be dewatered and reducing the amount of waste to landfill. The Pulse Filter’s cleaning cycle is very efficient, using short backpulses, meaning there is no need for a standby filter.
