CLEAN COMBUSTION™ INCINERATORS

To minimize harmful emissions, certain streams must be incinerated including gases and liquids such as non-condensable gases (CNCG & DNCG), stripper off gases (SOG), methanol and turpentine while keeping NOx emissions low.

The Clean Combustion® incinerators are designed with our advanced multifuel burner to have one single, controllable, flame. In addition to the burner, we offer a full range of solutions including valve stations, BMS, BSS and fans. We can also supply the combustion chamber and a steam boiler for effective heat recovery from the flue gases.

Our design offers a significant reduction in NOx emissions, achieved through our exceptional control over key parameters including the combustion zone temperatures, air supply and retention time. These factors are optimised to minimise thermal NOx generation. For liquid fuels, we use our Clean Combustion® nozzle, as seen in our multifuel burners, resulting in a high atomization degree and further reducing the emissions.
